The space Guests have full access to the entire house. All three bedrooms are located upstairs: - **Primary bedroom (left side):** Features a queen bed and a twin trundle day bed, along with a large ensuite bathroom. - **Guest bathroom:** Located directly in front of the stairs. - **Two guest rooms (right side):** Positioned across from each other, with a **cargo net reading loft** in between, directly across from the primary bedroom. - One guest room includes a queen bed and a desk. - The other bedroom is designed for kids, featuring a bus bunk bed with kids' items stored in the closet. The home also includes a fire pit, grill, indoor gas fireplace, and a cereal bar. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know how many. We require all pets to *stay downstairs and off the furniture* to help maintain a comfortable space for all guests. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the house, from the grill and the fire-pit to the large soaking tub in the master bedroom. They will be able to use the washer and dryer and make themselves tea or coffee in the morning. Other things to note We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines: - Pick up after dog droppings - Do not allow the dog to bark excessively - Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds - Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate. - Put pet sheets on furniture - Pets must be housebroken - Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time. - Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively - The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations *If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning. Specifically if someone has to pick up dog droppings, couch cleaning is required or bedding needs extra time due to a pet being in bed.
