This beautiful property is located in Sompting Village and is ideally situated close to the Sea and the South Downs National Park. There is free onsite parking and there is no cleaning charge. Sited in a flint walled conservation area, with an Indian restaurant next door, in a Sussex village setting. Nearby Lyons Farm has a Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Boots, and a petrol station. Close to Brighton, Shoreham and Worthing. The space Open plan living and food prep area downstairs, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. There is also a private patio with night lights and a BBQ. The sofabed has pillows and a duvet provided free of charge. If you are using the sofa bed and the bedding, can you please use the sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover provided. There will be a charge of £30 for laundering the bedding if it has been used without the bed linen, we have supplied.
