The villa offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and well-kept outdoor spaces. All indoor areas have air conditioning and fans for maximum comfort. The space The villa is arranged over two levels and offers bright, well-organized interiors combined with beautiful outdoor living spaces overlooking the sea. The living area is spacious and airy, featuring comfortable seating and large glass doors that open directly onto the outdoor patio. All indoor areas are equipped with air conditioning and fans to ensure maximum comfort throughout the villa. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors. Outdoor areas include a furnished patio, a private courtyard, and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. A large upper-floor terrace provides additional outdoor space with open panoramic views. The villa accommodates up to six guests in three comfortable bedrooms and features three bathrooms in total: • Bedroom 1: King-size bed, air conditioning and fan, with Bathroom 1 featuring a shower; • Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, air conditioning and fan, with Bathroom 2 featuring a shower; • Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, air conditioning and fan. Bathroom 3, equipped with a shower, is conveniently located and easily accessible from the common areas. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional adults for an extra fee of € 150 per person per night. A baby cot is available upon request at a cost of € 30 per night. The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the top of Positano, within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and public transport, with the town centre and beaches easily reachable. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa throughout their stay, including all indoor areas, the private swimming pool, terrace, patio and courtyard. The property is completely private and not shared with other guests. Other things to note • Tourist tax A local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. • Baby cot A baby cot is available upon request at a cost of € 30 per night. • Parking Please note that there is no on-site parking at the property, which is common for most private homes in Positano. Nearby paid parking options are available, and we are happy to assist guests with information and support regarding the closest facilities. • Smoking policy Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, including traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Guests can smoke only in the outdoor areas. • Children For safety reasons, children must always be accompanied by an adult, especially when using the outdoor areas and the swimming pool. • Access to the villa Please note that the villa is accessed via approximately 35 steps descending from street level. • Location & distances The beaches of Fornillo and Spiaggia Grande, as well as the town centre of Positano, can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes on foot via scenic walks through the city. • Transportation Public transportation is readily available, providing a convenient way to get around Positano.
