The space The seafront apartment accommodates up to 9 guests on holiday by the beach of Torre Lapillo. The holiday home is on the first floor of a 8-unit apartment complex and it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, Internet wi-fi, hair-dryer, tv, electric oven, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board. Washing machine and outdoor shower are shared. Apartment for 9 guests with view on the sea in Torre Lapillo The apartment is on the first floor of the complex. It consists of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with induction hob, 3 bedrooms (triple bedroom, twin bedroom and double bedroom). Moreover there is a corridor with air conditioning in the sleeping area and 2 bathrooms, one of which with shower. The holiday home has a beautiful balcony with view on the sea, furnished with table and chairs. At the back of the complex there is the laundry area with washing machines and sink. From the gate in the garden, you can arrive at the beach. The surroundings of the apartment The complex is on the beach of Torre Lapillo and it`s ideal for a relaxing holiday near the city centre. The complex is 200 meters away from a supermarket and 500 meters away from shops such as fish shop, butcher shop, newsstand, fruit and vegetable market in the morning and weekly market every thursday. The closest beach establishment is 800 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the corridor. - Celing fan in the living room. - Shared washing machine and outdoor shower. - The second bathroom han no shower. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 100 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
