The space The complex features two swimming pools (one heated), lush gardens and a gym. Our ground-floor apartment opens directly onto a nearly private garden section, away from foot traffic, with the peaceful cul-de-sac view. Free EV/hybrid charging is available on site. Guest access Full wheelchair accessibility throughout the complex: elevators, wide pathways, and a dedicated pool lift for safe access into the heated pool. A support rail is fitted by the toilet. Ideal for guests with reduced mobility and older travellers. Other things to note Palm-Mar is a calm residential area with no hotels, nightclubs or late-night bars — yet it has a good choice of cafés and restaurants for such a small town. Los Cristianos and Las Américas are 15 minutes by car for those wanting more nightlife; Los Palos golf club is 3 km away. This makes us a great fit for families, couples and older guests seeking real quiet — less suited to large groups looking for a party base.
