So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house. While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to three cars to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed. Check-in is after 3pm but past 10pm we may not be available if you have a difficulty. Check-out is before 10am. Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $99 pet fee must be paid before arrival. Guest access You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.
