Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast looking to experience waterfront living, OBX style! Just renovated, this bright and airy condo boasts beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound. The spacious layout accommodates up to four people with a king master bedroom and open loft queen bedroom. We are situated right next to a small private dock that offers a boat launch for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for fishermen, kiteboarders and all water sport fanatics! The space Guests have private access to the entire condo which includes a master bedroom with king bed and an upstairs loft with queen bed and bathroom. The full kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. We have a direct canal front view of the gorgeous OBX sunsets but please note the dock out front is owned by the marina and is under construction. You can access the water from the side of the property or launch a boat from the boat ramp for a $5 drop box fee. Please note we are a top floor condo above parking and the first level condos. Access to the condo requires two flights of stairs. A TV is available in the living room and master bedroom only. While we don’t have traditional cable at this time, both TVs are equipped with fire sticks so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. WiFi is available - network and password are posted on the fridge.
