All rooms have air conditioning (although the breeze of Buzios is one of the city's qualities :) ). The house has a kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The space House in a safe, quiet, and very pleasant location, in a condominium just 150m from Geribá Beach (Vila Maui, across from the Tangarás Inn), with 3 bedrooms featuring double beds (1 suite) and 1 bedroom with a sofa bed. The condominium offers a pool (including a shallow one for children), barbecue, steam sauna, and a football field. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Perfect place for couples and families with children. The kitchen also has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The house is located in a very peaceful condominium, on one of the few dead-end streets in the area, which contributes to the low flow of people around. There are also good restaurants nearby, and the location is ideal for those who want to stay close enough to walk to the beach. The condominium has a barbecue, pool, steam sauna, and a grass football field. During your stay, I will likely not be in town, but there is a caretaker who lives nearby and offers full support in case of issues. I will also be available by phone to help resolve any other matters. The condominium has up to 2 parking spaces available (both inside and outside the condominium).
