The gated entrance offers peace of mind, while each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and luxurious linens, including upscale down bedding, for a cozy and restful stay. Ample parking ensures convenience for your entire group. The heart of the home is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings or holiday celebrations. Outdoors, the lagoon-style pool invites you to relax while the kids play! The pool area boasts not one, but two hot tubs: one outdoors for stargazing and another in the grotto - an ideal space to continue enjoying when the weather turns wet. The rock grotto room, which features a walk in back entrance, is outfitted with a swim-through feature, nearby stairs in back of the structure lead to a custom pool slide from top of the grotto. A covered back deck offers shaded dining and a perfect spot to stay cool while enjoying outdoor activities. Fire up the nearby 5-burner BBQ for a family cookout, then mingle on the expansive patio, making lasting memories with friends and family. The home has 8 permanent beds with 3 temporary beds as an option. Six bedrooms, including one with a Murphy bed that can double as a formal dining space. The sixth bedroom—a spacious converted walk-in closet adjoining the master bedroom—provides privacy with double doors, they share an entrance. The centrally located laundry room ensures convenience for all. Something to note- generally the 6th bedroom is left closed off if the guest count is 10 people or under. To ensure a seamless booking experience, please select the correct number of guests when making your reservation. The base rate covers up to six guests, with additional guests (7th and beyond) at $45 per person, per night, which will automatically reflect in your booking total. Bedroom Details: This home features six bedrooms, including a unique 6th bedroom—a converted walk-in closet adjoining the master suite. It offers a double bed and double doors for privacy. The house is typically equipped with eight beds, with options for temporary beds based on your group’s size. If your group prefers individual beds for each guest, please inform us in advance; a setup and tear-down fee may apply. Visitors: Visitors are welcome with prior approval. Please notify us in advance with details of any visitors and their planned time on the property; they may incur a fee. Outdoor Spaces: The fenced backyard is spacious and inviting, complete with a covered deck that opens to a beautiful patio surrounding the lagoon-style pool. Lounge on the outdoor furniture and enjoy quality time with family and friends in this private, serene setting. The home and its immediate surroundings are exclusively yours during your stay, with minimal host maintenance visits to ensure everything runs smoothly. Road and Neighborhood: The property is accessed via a private neighborhood road that transitions from pavement to gravel, then back to pavement at the driveway. To respect the neighbors, please adhere to the 10 mph speed limit. This courtesy helps us continue to provide excellent experiences for all guests. House and Pool Guidelines: To maintain the home’s exceptional standards: •Guests must not access pool control boxes, valves, the Wi-Fi network, outdoor cameras, or the private garage. •Please use designated paths and avoid climbing fencing or entering planters. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to drip systems or landscaping. •The gated entrance is in place for your privacy and should not be climbed, scaled, or forced open. Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with video surveillance in general areas only. Gate Access: You’ll receive gate controls through an easy-to-use app for convenient entry during your stay. Other things to note Aquatic Amenities & Usage To ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines: Hot Tub and Waterfall/Slide: These features are available for up to 3 hours per night of your stay. You’re welcome to choose when to enjoy them—typically in 1.5-hour sessions during warmer months or a full 3-hour session during colder months. Please note that additional usage can be arranged for approximately $50 per hour, depending on the season, subject to change. While you may choose either hot tub to heat, they cannot run simultaneously. (If you look to obtain more pump time, inquire for most up to date costs.) Pool Access: The pool is open during late spring, summer, and early fall. During these seasons, we strive to maintain water temperatures in the low to mid-70s. While not cold or necessarily “warm”, the water provides a refreshing but tolerable option. If you’d like the pool to be heated to a warmer temperature during your stay, additional charges may apply. For safety reasons, the pool will be closed during rainy weather; however, the indoor hot tub will remain available. Winter Pool Policy: Due to the strain on the pool heater in colder temperatures, the pool is closed from late November through March (and possibly into April, depending on the weather.) In place of heated pool access, guests are welcome to enjoy up to 5 continued hours of hot tub time, per night booked- during the winter months.
