From Casa Andreina A you will enjoy a wonderful view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of Marina di Vico Equense. Casa Andreina A is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Vico - Piano - Sorrento line at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach (Marina di Vico Equense beach) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards). You will reach Casa Andreina A walking past a small entrance gate and going up approximately 30 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Andreina A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). If necessary, you can park larger cars for a fee in a private parking space (reservation needed, please inquire with out staff), at approximately 300 meters/330 yards. Please kindly note. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of Marina di Vico Equense. Living Room The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two double-glazed French doors. The room also has a double-glazed large panoramic window. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine located on a small terrace, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway at the rear of the house. The room has a double-glazed window. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. Bedroom 3 You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window with a view on the alleyway at the rear of the house. Bathroom 1 The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a double-glazed window which overlooks the back of the house.
