Other things to note Thecottagedownderry has a garage to park one vehicle in directly opposite the cottage. (Green door) Also Free on street parking is available 100-150 metres (1 minute walk) from the property & pay display nearby. No Ev charging avail. You can stop outside the property or in garage to unload/load/drop off. It is a narrow rural main road but cars can pass whilst you offload your bags. The property must be kept clean and tidy and left as you found it. There are 17steps to access the upper decking area with a hand rail - there is a lower outside sitting area . Dogs on request only. One dog only at an additional cost. (There is no grass)Dogs are not to be left alone in the house or upstairs / on furniture. Dogs must be dried off before entering the property. Children are welcome. A high chair, cot ,baby monitor and booster seat and spare cot bedding are all available upon request. There are low beams in areas . 6ft 4” to the lowest point. Low Chandeliers in the bedrooms (mind your heads) Be aware that the gates to the cottage do not lock so children must be supervised whilst out in the garden
