Time Well Spent is a clean and well maintained gem located in Crescent Beach Time Well Spent is what you will have after you enjoy your time at this property in North Myrtle Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is conveniently located 3 blocks from the ocean in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach and sleeps a maximum of 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, and 4 twins. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Must be 25 yrs old or over to book our home. The space This house features a master bedroom on the first level with a king bed and adjoining master bathroom. This room also has a work space with desk,chair, & a wireless printer. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin in the closet alcove. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins in the bedroom, and 1 twin in the closet alcove. The closet alcoves in bedrooms #2 & #3 have bi-fold doors that give these areas some privacy if wanted. Bedroom #2 has french doors that provide access to a covered deck that is great for morning coffee or evening sitting with a nice breeze. All bedrooms have 32” TV’s with cable. Enjoy family time in the living room and dining area on the first floor where there is a 55” TV with cable, DVR and stereo with Bluetooth. French doors lead the way to the outside deck where you can use the gas grille or enjoy outdoor time in the shade. The kitchen has granite countertop and stainless appliances. The kitchen has a full size range, microwave, toaster oven, blender and is fully stocked with the all items you would need to prepare your meals. WiFi that is available through the house. The house also has a full size washer and dryer (washing products provided) for your use. Renters must be 25 years or older and are required to stay at the property. Signed rental agreement required to complete the reservation process. No pets or smoking permitted. Guest access Crescent Beach is a family oriented area and has many attractions and restaurants that are within walking distance or a short drive. You can enjoy a meal at Molly Darcy's while sitting on the oceanfront deck or grab an ice cream treat at Mr. G's. Both are a 5 minute walk from the house. There is also miniature golf at the end of the street (toward Hwy 17). Take a short drive and you will be at Barefoot Landing where you have access to attractions such as Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and several great restaurants and shopping. You are also a 7 minute car ride to Ocean Drive/Main Street where you will have access to restaurants, shopping and the famous Shag dancing nightlife! The Tanger Outlets are a short 15 minute drive and offer many great stores!
