The space The cozy apartment 6 is particularly popular with young people, spouses visiting relatives in the clinic, and grandparents whose family rented the adjacent apartment 7. With stronger sea waves, you can hear the Baltic Sea when the window is open. Apartment 6, about 22 sqm, is located on the second floor. It consists of a living room and a bathroom with shower. Living room and bathroom are connected by a small hallway, which is also used by the guests of apartment 7 when entering and leaving the apartment. In the living room there are two single beds arranged one behind the other, a farmer and a pantry kitchen with two burners, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Pets welcome. Lovingly renovated villa from the Gründerzeit period in a little busy side street of Kölpinsee. The Baltic Sea beach is about 500 m away. Supermarket, bakery and train station are also about 500 m away. The nearest restaurant about 300 m. Other restaurants, a bike rental and a fish smokehouse are close to the beach. The villa now houses seven studios and apartments of different sizes. Kölpinsee is located directly on the narrow isthmus between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser, making it a perfect starting point for both swimming and nature holidays on the island of Usedom.
