"Bayside Bonanza" is special. Ideally located with the main street of Cape Charles around the corner in either direction, and a 5 minute walk to the bay or Central Park. There's nothing like sitting on the front porch swing, sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The home is bright and cozy, with efforts made to keep as much of the original 1890's charm as possible. We're family owned and managed, and it's our priority to help you have the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation possible! The space There is a well sized queen bedroom on the first floor, with two queen bedrooms upstairs. There is an additional small room with twin over twin bunkbed, and a larger room with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom located upstairs and downstairs. A pack n' play is available at the property. You can access the fenced backyard through the kitchen, where you'll find a firepit with seating and gas grill (2 propane tanks are kept on site, but can't be guaranteed to always be full). Guest access **Now with EV charging capabilities! There is a NEMA 14-50, 240 V outlet located in our driveway. Just bring your travel charger and you can charge your vehicle at our home. ** A 6 passenger golf cart is stored on the property, and available to rent for an additional fee. Other things to note 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon and beach toys are available at the property. Beach towels are not provided.
