Other things to note The Vogelsang vacation home can be found in a small, family vacation center directly on the Useriner See. The resort consists of 30 winter-proof, Scandinavian holiday homes and is managed by a local manager who is happy to help. Userin itself is a village of about 300 inhabitants, where you will find a well-stocked village shop. Here you can also pre-order the rolls for the next morning. The village's cultural barn offers various cultural events worth visiting. Our garden is directly adjacent to the Müritz National Park and our house is about 150 m from the Useriner See. The beautiful lake invites you to bathe, swim and dig with a bathing jetty, water slide and sandy beach. Meanwhile, you can relax on the sunbathing lawn. You can connect your bicycles in front of the house to firmly anchored bicycle stands or store them safely in the lockable annex. On the lake, which belongs to the Upper Havel Lakes, you can paddle, row, fish... Our house has its own 2-person kayak with transport trolley, 2 double paddles, life jackets and waterproof safety barrel, which can be used by you for free. Our red rowing boat on the lake can be booked for this purpose. Our vacation home is comfortably and cozily furnished. There is plenty of space for the family to relax, play, retreat and enjoy the large garden with enough space to romp or play sports. The large property also ensures sufficient distance to the neighboring houses, so you do not feel cramped. The approx. 15 m² south-facing terrace is equipped with sufficient furniture and is inviting for relaxing, eating and grilling (large charcoal grill). 2 large parasols protect against too much sun and create a sheltered atmosphere. In our house there are two large TVs and an in-house fiber optic network, so free Wi-Fi is available. Washing machine and rotary clothes dryer are also available. The house has electric heating, which can be partially operated centrally via a thermostat. Our children's equipment includes a baby travel cot with mattress, TripTrap, baby high chair, bathtub, toilet seat and footstools. Games and books are also provided. The cottage Vogelsang has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed), as well as a sleeping area with 2 single beds in the gallery in the attic. All sleeping areas are protected with fly screens. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). The children's playground in the complex and the large sports field with beach volleyball court provide further opportunities for activities for all ages. In the nearby residence city of Neustrelitz (6 km) you will find restaurants, plenty of shopping, zoo, cinema and theater. The orangery and the star-shaped market square invite you to linger. At the Neustrelitz harbor, directly on the Zierker See, you can sit wonderfully or start an excursion with the "blue-white fleet." Worthwhile destinations in the immediate vicinity include the Slavendorf, the exhibitions of the LEEA Institute and the Waldhochseilgarten Havelberge.
