This beautiful, two-storey villa with 357m2 is furnished to a high quality in an Asian style and definitely leaves nothing to be desired. The large salt water pool (no chlorine smell & particularly skin-friendly) faces south. The view from the pool deck is incredibly beautiful, as the villa is located on one of the widest canals in southeast Cape Coral. The view from the observation deck is even better, from there you can watch the sun go down in the river ... Electricity is not included in the rental price and is billed according to consumption and collected on site at check-out. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay. In the house itself, including all bathrooms, travertine stone is laid. The owners simply didn't save on anything when building the house. Everything is of high quality and very tasteful. The living area is completely open and can be opened with 9 meter sliding doors. Whether you sit inside and still feel like you are outside, or outside and still be close to the action in the house, you always feel that you are in good hands. The house is particularly suitable for several couples or families with older children, as the construction allows you to get out of your way from time to time. Each room has its own outdoor area, with a separate sitting area. It should also be mentioned that The Beachwalk offers above-average privacy. Both neighboring houses have their pool and seating areas facing each other. This means you are on your own and hardly notice anything from your neighbors. The 12 meter long pool with 3 built-in bar stools has an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool can be heated particularly inexpensively using solar heating or a particularly economical heat pump. The villa has 3 separately adjustable climate zones, each with its own temperature. Grill fans will be delighted with the Weber Genesis 600 grill. This will make your steak extra crispy. Should you get bored despite all this, then you can simply play a round of billiards or use one of the board or card games available in the house. 4 kayaks are also available free of charge. Explore the canals and stay fit. No Smoking - There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa. Pets are not allowed in the villa. A boat can be rented when booking. The existing dock with boat lift is only available for your own rental boats. You will be looked after on site by our bilingual property management team in German or English. It is located in what is known as the Yacht Club area and one block from the river. The river can be reached in just 2 minutes by boat. It is an absolute top location for boaters. The water isn't as rough as on the river, but you still don't have to walk long distances across the canal. A boat filling station is right around the corner. But the location of the villa is not only ideal for boaters. You can walk to the beach of Cape Coral and the restaurant "The Boathouse of Cape Coral" located there. All shops for daily use can even be reached by bike. The house is in a dead end. This guarantees absolute peace. In the evening you will only perceive something calming from nature. As guests are close to the river, you will see dolphins very often. These regularly hunt for fish under the adjacent boat docks.
