The space Electricity is not included in the rental price and is billed according to consumption and collected on site at check-out. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay. In the house itself, including all bathrooms, travertine stone is laid. The owners simply didn't save on anything when building the house. Everything is of high quality and very tasteful. The living area is completely open and can be opened with 9 meter sliding doors. Whether you sit inside and still feel like you are outside, or outside and still be close to the action in the house, you always feel that you are in good hands. The house is particularly suitable for several couples or families with older children, as the construction allows you to get out of your way from time to time. Each room has its own outdoor area, with a separate sitting area. It should also be mentioned that The Beachwalk offers above-average privacy. Both neighboring houses have their pool and seating areas facing each other. This means you are on your own and hardly notice anything from your neighbors. The 12 meter long pool with 3 built-in bar stools has an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool can be heated particularly inexpensively using solar heating or a particularly economical heat pump. The villa has 3 separately climate zones. Grill fans will be delighted with the Weber Genesis 600 grill. This will make your steak extra crispy. Should you get bored despite all this, then you can simply play a round of billiards or use one of the board or card games available in the house. No Smoking - There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa. Pets are not allowed in the villa.
