Just off the dining area is a porch with a hot tub, a table with chairs, and a grill for those summer barbeques. The kitchen features retro-modern green counters and includes a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. A stacked washer/dryer is located near the entrance for your convenience. Enjoy relaxing near the wood-burning fireplace on the comfy leather couches in the living room. Have movie night on the large flat screen TV, with cable and DVD player! There is also a stereo when you feel like putting on some tunes. On the second level are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A perfect set-up for a family with little ones! A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
