Welcome to the second floor of the Seaside Building. This 1350sq Ft Condo takes up there entire second floor of the building there are no neighbors to your side just above and below. This building is built right up to the sand dunes, no obstructed views with this beauty. Most of our visitors love to sit out on the deck sip coffee and admire the view all day. I am afraid there are only two parking spots space is very limited on the Ocean. The space This building has a commercial elevator making life easier for elder guests or really any of us these days. The staircase over the dunes is right in the backyard. Just ten yards to the sand from the building. Guest access The guest has access to the whole condominium with the exception of the owners closet where the cleaning supplies and spare parts are located Other things to note There are just two parking spots for the condo so please carpool a little.
