Guests come here for a quiet and comfortable stay. We are conveniently located less than a five minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the Kenai River. This home is in town but very private with a lot of trees on the property and a fenced in yard. Guests will get one side of a duplex. There is a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen, two newly remodeled bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. One bedroom contains a queen size bed and the second bedroom includes a full size bed and a twin size bed. Guests will have their own private fenced in front yard with a large deck to relax on that catches the morning and evening sun in the summer time. Included is a BBQ and stocked up kitchen which allows guests to cook up their freshly caught salmon after a long day of fishing. Guests will have access to everything in the house except the garage. Feel free to ask questions via the Airbnb messaging. Staying in this wonderful home guests will be close to the Kenai River, Hospital, True Blue Coffee Shop, and downtown Soldotna. There are many restaurants and places to eat less than a five minute drive from the place! Having a vehicle is the easiest way to get around town, it will make your stay easier since there are not many Uber or Lyft drivers in this area yet. There is free parking on site but limited space, our guests will have access to two spaces to park. If there are more than 5 guests we offer one roll away twin bed at your request for the additional guest fee.
