Apartment 4 is located on the first floor on the Northern side, with views spanning to Surfers Paradise. With its open-plan living and an abundance of natural light, the apartment delivers effortless coastal style and a relaxed laid back vibe. The apartment offers three bedrooms - master with king bed, second with queen bed and third with two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning to ensure you sleep comfortably year round. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain including dishwasher and coffee pod machine. Enjoys meals inside or bask in the sun and dine alfresco on the terrace patio! This is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise over the ocean, check the surf while you enjoy your morning coffee or whale watch in winter. After a big day at the beach, sit back and relax in the comfortable air-conditioned loungeroom with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. Xavier Dunes is located on a quiet and exclusive cul-de-sac with no through traffic. There is secure underground parking and lift access to all levels. Ideally located between Tugun and Currumbin along the Oceanway Path, you can easily walk or cycle to stock up on supplies or check out one of the many cafes, restaurants, bars and surf clubs. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 14 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
