Perfect for up to 10 guests, Casa Helena offers 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Casa Helena includes designated parking, and a rental car or other forms of transportation is recommended to make it easy to explore the town and surrounding area. However, the villa's central location means that there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, so a car is optional. We can also help you rent ATVs or arrange taxis for day trips and other activities. It is only steps from the beach. There are other villas in the complex. Other things to note Smoking is permitted on the terrace and the rest of the outdoor area. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pet rules An additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay will apply, regardless of the length of the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or any furniture. Guests are responsible for keeping indoor and outdoor areas clean, including immediate disposal of pet waste. Dogs must not be left alone in the villa and must not cause excessive noise or disturbance. Any damage caused by the dog to the property, furniture, or outdoor areas will be the guest’s responsibility and may be charged separately
