The living room is the heart of the home and boasts a stylish sofa and a smart TV. The dining area is perfect for family meals or dinner parties with friends. The home has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own king sized bed. The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a king-size bed and an antique clawfoot tub. The other two bedrooms located upstairs, each have king-size beds and their own unique decor. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior, with a sunroom perfect for morning coffee as you lounge and enjoy your mornings. Take a walk around the property to bask in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. For basic grocery and hygienic needs Food City, Walgreens, Subways, and gas stations are all within 4 miles of the house. You’ll be in downtown Sevierville 9 miles away. Along the route you can stop by a Walmart Neighborhood Market and pass by numerous fast-food options. Want to get some shopping in? The Farmhouse is a convenient 12 mile drive from Tanger Outlet Mall and Super Walmart. Pigeon Forge is 13 miles away and Gatlinburg is 20 miles away. If you prefer backpacking through natures finest trails, it’s just 12 mile drive to the entry way of the gorgeous Smoky Mountains National Park. Whatever you choose to do, you’re bound to create beautiful memories beckoning you back to the charming and cozy farmhouse experience. Guest access Guests may access the entire Farmhouse and patio, apple trees, and the entire acre of land (Note: The Farmhouse is shared with guests staying in the cottage. Please be mindful of shared space.) Other things to note This Farmhouse shares space with another unit that is located behind the main house called Kairos' Cottage and it has one bedroom/one bathroom. There may be guests occupying that space as well. Your designated parking area will be the area to the far right of the driveway if facing the driveway. There are motion-sensor lights along with timed accent lights (lights come on after sunset and turn off at midnight) and signage makes finding your way easy if you plan to check-in after dark. Things to note during the spring and summer season. We do routine pest control inside and around the property, but you are on a farm, so there may be occasional bugs. To keep clothes fresh and clean, there’s a laundry closet in the sunroom with a washing machine and dryer. Heating and cooling is provided through a split system HVAC. ALL units must be set on the SAME MODE. This will ensure that the units will not freeze up. There are no garbage disposals in the kitchen sinks, so please dispose of food waste in the trash. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the refrigerator's ice and water dispenser is OUT OF SERVICE. However, there is a nearby supermarket, Food City 2339 Newport Hwy, Sevierville, TN 37876. There is an outdoor BBQ grill available for use. Please provide your own charcoal. Please hold the handle on the toilet down until all is flushed. This will allow the water tank to fill back up fully for the following usage. The farmhouse is on Old Newport Highway, which is a busy street during the day, so traffic may be heard. However, at night, it is very quiet and peaceful. HOT TUB: is a shared amenity. Due to high energy costs, the hot tub temperature will be set at 80 degrees. Please set desired temperature once in use. We asked that you turn temperature back to 80 degrees when done. Thank you! Please do not tamper with the alarm panel or arm the home. Thank you.
