Property consisting of: bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger, to enjoy your holidays. Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
