The townhouse style unit offers 2 bedrooms – master with queen bed and walk in robe, and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms also feature their own TVs, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a large bathroom and separate toilet. The ground floor features a fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and ample cupboard space, and living room with smart TV with Netflix, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan. There is also a second air-conditioned sitting area/ reading room, full laundry with washing machine and dryer and a second separate toilet. Outside is a fully fenced grassy courtyard perfect for the kids to play (shared space with residents) There is also unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for your enjoyment. Kirra Sea is located on a quiet street, only a few hundred meters from Kirra Beach and a 10-minute walk to the bustling hub showcasing a range of restaurants, cafes and boutique stores. There is no parking available on the premises, however there is plenty of free street parking available. Linen All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Reminder Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
