The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and both rooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious open plan loungeroom with TV, Dvd player and unlimited Wi-Fi and complete with stylish, comfortable furnishings. There is also a second sitting room with couch, TV and Dvd player. The spacious balcony offers some of the best views on the coast. Enjoy sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the Gold Coast hinterland. You can check the surf while enjoying your morning coffee, and then step across the road to the world famous surf break and patrolled section of beach. The well equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and dishwasher has everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays. There is also a full size bathroom with shower over bath and internal laundry facilities for your convenience. Grande Corniche is a well maintained and secure building in an ideal location. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
