This beachfront home is in the heart of Panama City Beach and offers its guests unobstructed views from their own large private balcony, complimentary beach service, access to two pools (one seasonally heated), an oversized hot tub, pool deck pavilion w/ gas grills, steam room, sauna, exercise room, three high-speed elevators, & 24 hour security. Decorated in a calming coastal color palette, the living area features a 55" Smart TV (upgraded November 2020) and access to a furnished walkout balcony with plenty of seating for your entire group and amazing beach views! The kitchen (complete with granite counter tops and stainless appliances) is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The dining table seats up to 6 people with 2 additional seats at the eat-in bar. You could also choose to dine outside on your beachfront balcony! The master bedroom is furnished with a black cottage queen bed and matching decor. It is equipped with a 50" Flatscreen TV (upgraded November 2020) and has sliding glass doors that lead out to the oversized balcony boasting unobstructed views of the ocean. The guest room has a shabby chic queen bed complete with dresser and a 50" Smart TV. Both bedrooms have their own separate full bath. *7-Night Minimum Stay (Saturday - Saturday) for all reservations from March through October and select holidays. We can't wait to have you as our guests! Complimentary Beach Service consists of two lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella setup every day during your stay (available March 15 through October 31). While we do not live in the area, we have a great local team ready to help should you need anything during your stay. One of our favorite places to eat is Dee's Hangout which is within walking distance of the condo. There is also a new breakfast place right across the street with great coffee, pastries and a full menu - Sunrise Cafe! Hunt's Oyster Bar is a local treat in the St. Andrews Bay area. The Saltwater Grill is a bit more of an upscale restaurant that we enjoy and Bayou on the Beach is a recent discovery of ours that is a short drive from the condo. A few miles west is a place we love - Diego's Burritos and Margarita Bar! Finally, my dad and his golfing buddies went to Triple J Steaks & Seafood last spring and were very impressed. Also, the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park is a lot of fun no matter what your age!
