Newly renovated boutique accommodation in the heart of South Lake Tahoe's Stateline, Note: This is Unit #4 Amazing Location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine, a King bed as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's) . A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine. Access The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #4. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. Electric car charging (shared amenity) Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests. Neighborhood Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Transit The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away. Notes For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot. ## Cancellation Policy Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance, minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly or via VRBO.
