Very big vacation home in the beautiful South Eifel nature area located Enztal & - near Luxembourg. The house comprises a total floor space of about 360 square meters with 9 bedrooms. Private, comfortable, close to nature Cottage in the Nature Park South Eifel, detached with garden, terrace, garden furniture. The house is very child friendly. The house is situated in the idyllic Enztal in Neuerburgerland, right on the Enz Valley bike path and close to many hiking trails. The space A huge holiday home close to nature for a relaxing holiday together in the Eifel and ideal for family celebrations. The holiday home welcomes up to 27 people and is quietly located in a tiny settlement in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Enz valley in the Neuerburger Land region of the Eifel. The Enz Valley cycle path runs right at the foot of the house and it is surrounded by hiking trails. With a total living space of over 360m², the house is ideal for a holiday with the family or a couple of friends, as the living space is divided into four independent parts. This means that all guests can enjoy a cosy sense of privacy on the one hand, while still being able to meet up for joint activities on the other. The house consists of the main house, a side wing, an attic flat and the new guest lounge. The entire house has a total of nine bedrooms with various sleeping options. One bedroom is a dormitory with 6 beds. Outside the house, there are several terraces where you can barbecue and eat al fresco or enjoy the fresh air. Garden furniture is of course available for this purpose. A large brick-built barbecue will also satisfy large groups. There is a terrace at ground level to the ground floor of the main house and side wing, as well as a partially covered terrace in front of the attic due to the location on the slope. There are also private car parking spaces around the house. As the holiday home is located in the vicinity of 3 other holiday homes, the volume should be adjusted to the time of day in the evening and it should be quiet outside from 11 pm. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults. Stag parties or other drinking parties are not permitted! Our holiday homes are located in the German-Luxembourgish Nature Park and in the Southern Eifel Nature Park - there is a lot to discover there. Cycle paths invite you to explore nature. Many cycle-friendly hosts await your visit. The Eifel also offers many wildlife parks and zoos as well as swimming pools and lakes. There are many ways to spend an eventful day in the Eifel recreation area. Since Airbnb only allows a maximum of 16 people to be selected, but our house offers over 27 beds, please let us know how many people are coming after booking. Each additional person from 16 persons costs 10€ for bed linen & towels. Guest access The detached holiday home is alone inhabited by you. Other things to note In the cottage all kinds of social events, family gatherings, weddings, christenings, birthdays, communions and business trips are possible as well as the individual relaxing holiday with the family or for groups. Friends couples or families can spend their holidays together with us, but have a "separate living area, as the house consists of four separate apartments.
