This spacious townhome is located in town across from the town ponds and has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. This property sleeps 8 guests and is considered ski in/ski out. Sorry, but this property doesn’t have space for ROV trailer parking and it is NOT pet-friendly. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. The space With an unbeatable location off Pioneer Road, it’s no surprise that the Claim Jumper Townhouses are sought after by folks visiting Red River. Claim Jumper 4 faces the town fishing ponds, backs up to the river, and is just across the street from the Red River Ski Area’s Platinum Chair Lift. It is within walking distance to wherever you want to be in town. This comfortable unit features a full kitchen, a living room with a gas-log fireplace and a flat-screen Tv, and of course a back porch that opens up to a picnic area on the river. Downstairs is a half bath, and the living room sofa can convert into a queen sleeper (making it possible to sleep 8). Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath (tub/shower). A bedroom with a king bed overlooks the fishing ponds, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin/twin bunk have a private balcony from which to take in the sights and sounds of the river as it perpetually races by. Amenities include WiFi, charcoal grill, fire pit in the courtyard, and ski locker. This property is perfect for remote workers because it has High Speed WiFi! No trailer parking. The Property has Direct Tv satellite service. Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is No trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. The property has No Washer/Dryer Square footage is 1224. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. Guest access To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.
