The space The villa has 3 levels. On the first floor there is a large living room with a combined kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances while a large dining room is hosted in the same room. The visitor can dine at the table on the balcony on this floor where the view is stunning. There is also a bedroom with a small bathroom. Between the 1st and 2nd floors there is a large bathroom with a bathtub. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large bathroom and a veranda with fantastic sea views, and the second one with two single beds. A small living room is also housed in the large bedroom. Above the 2nd floor, there is a large loft with a bedroom and a living room in the same room. A small bathroom is also available. The villa is surrounded by 2 large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking space and the second one a stone barbecue. All floors communicate with wooden staircases. The villa features heating and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour hot water. It also has TVs, 4 A/C, Wi-Fi internet, CD, radio, private parking. The floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea, the city or the mountain. At the disposal of the visitor is the use of the garden and the barbecue.
