Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability. The space Renewed in the old style with traditional materials - stone and wood. It has a private, south-facing, swimming pool of 50sqm in front of the house just a few steps from the covered terrace and summer kitchen-BBQ so that the pool area is easily overlooked from the house and garden. The villa is centrally placed in the big garden with a lot of greenery and few cherry trees which provide the natural shadow around the villa in the hot summertime. The villa is built with large stone blocks and contains a large open space on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the first floor. All the rooms upstairs have air-conditioned but usually, it is not needed as the wide solid stone walls keep the heat outside. The barbeque has a lot of places to prepare the dinner and it is placed close to a unique garden table made of a big stone plate with heavy iron chairs around. Other things to note Notes on accommodation: The Villa Barbara has the ground floor with one open space with inside walls made of big stone blocks. It consists of a solidly built kitchen, fully equipped, and large massive wooden table to accommodate six people. On the opposite side, there is a sofa and is close to the open fireplace which is made of massive stone blocks. The utility room and one toilet is found on the ground floor as well. Wide stairs lead up to the first floor. 1st floor has three bedrooms of ~12-15sqm. All bedrooms have massive wooden beds, a small table, a chair, and a mirror. All of them has air condition. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and others share the second shower room. Car rental essential. Private parking secured inside the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outdoor. Outside: Your family will enjoy 1000sq meters of the garden with cherry trees and an olive around the house. The Villa Barbara is suitable for children but one must be supervised around the pool area. A private swimming pool is 10m x 5m in size with 1.2 -1.8m deep. It has an automatic water cleaning system of the highest standard. Wooden sun beds are easy to move around the pool or even to shift on the grass. Large summer kitchen just a few steps from the house and pool. It has two fireplaces (BBQ) to prepare the grill or „peka“ and you will be provided with woods and coil to prepare your own meals. While you prepare the dinner your party can watch sitting on the stone bar chairs and enjoy the cocktails in the covered summer kitchen. In front of the villa, there is a covered terrace with a table. Behind the house, there is a covered parking lot. The villa is walled, fenced, standalone and just 100m away from villagers so to feel comfortable and safe. The utility room on the ground floor has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. Bed linen, bath, and pool towel sets are provided for your use. The pool water is cleaned with an automatic salt cleaning system of the high standard and the pool is manually cleaned and checked twice a week.
