The space The house has got a capacity from 2 up to 5 people with two beautiful ensuite bedrooms with mattresses 100% of latex, a full equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with satellite television, DVD/Blu-ray and a fireplace, a free wifi area inside the house, air-conditioning and central heating. Outside, there is a private garden with swings, a barbecue, a little wooden house with a kitchen for children, garden furniture, a pergola which is ideal for eating outside all year round, a nice private swimming pool (with saline treatment and totally automated) and a closed parking for your car. You don't have to share the house nor the private pool with anybody else. There is a basketball hoop a 1-minute walk from the house and indoor paddle courts 2-minute walk from the house. Besides, next to the holiday villa there is the greenway that connects the house with Banyoles Lake, ideal for hiking or cycling. There is an option to reach the house by public transport as the bus stop is only 5 minutes' walking from the house. There is a direct bus line to Girona or Barcelona. The house is regulated by the Catalan Tourism Authorities with the number HUTG-145.
