Located just off the famous Sherberth Road shortcut, you can reach the Disney World gates in about 5-10 minutes, bypassing the heavy tourist traffic on the main highways. 🏰 Proximity to the Parks: Walt Disney World: ~3-4 miles (5-10 min drive) Animal Kingdom: The closest park! You’re just a hop away. Universal Studios & SeaWorld: ~20-25 minutes. Simply place your bagged trash in the designated bench/bin outside the front door each morning. 🤫 A Peaceful Retreat To ensure all guests enjoy the resort, Emerald Island has a "Quiet Hours" policy after 11:00 PM. We love hosting families and groups, but please note this is not a "party house." 🛡️ Security & Peace of Mind Rest easy knowing you are in a 24/7 guard-gated community. Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. 🧼 Professional Management This home is professionally cleaned and managed. We provide a "starter kit" of essentials (toilet paper, soap, trash bags) to get you through your first night before your first grocery run. Guest access All our villas can be accessed via a secure keyless access code or electronic lock or lockbox feature. Access to the community is free but guests are required to purchase an access pass for each vehicle at a cost of $21.50 ($20 pass cost+$1.50 tax) per vehicle (for the entire stay). Guests will have full access to the entire home. They will also have free access to all resort community features and common areas such as Club House, Gym, Internet Café, Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Volleyball Court, Walking trails, and more. Other things to note Pool and spa heating is optional at $35/nt+tax and can be added with a confirmed reservation.
