Just steps away from the newly constructed marina set to open in spring of 2022, this house couldn’t be in a more perfect location! Enjoy the sunsets out by the gas fire pit, cook outdoors under the spacious covered entertainment area or take a short golf cart ride to one of our local eateries. Ground floor has a Queen bed and bath only accessed from ground - completely separate from the rest of the house. Main living area of house has master bed, laundry room with (Seahorse Room)over under pullout Twin beds. Also a sunroom (off dining area)with pullout Queen bed if needed. 2nd floor has a Queen guest bedroom and above that is the 3rd floor Queen bedroom with small balcony. (Great view) You have the whole house accept for a couple of lockers I need for Cleaners and personal maintenance items. I will be close by to assist you if needed and am happy to do so. You can message me anytime. The new Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman is right around the corner. Boatslips, Bar, Restaurant, and all the accompanying Marina services are there. Roy’s Restaurant is right next door to the Marina and is a favorite among the locals and visitors.Bait and Tackle shop is just a little way down the street. Steinhatchee is a golf cart friendly community and everything you need is close to the house by foot,bicycle,golf cart or car. There are Kayaks at the house too ! Steinhatchee is a golf cart friendly town with a local rental company featuring 4 and 6 seater carts. Plenty of covered parking so you could even bring your own ! Yard is completely fenced with a sliding gate. Kids are sure to love the outdoor activities and can enjoy the screened Garden area with Cocktail Arcade table with hundreds of traditional video games like Ms Pac-Man. Board games and other amusements will be available as well. All of this overlooks the Steinhatchee River and Gulf of Mexico where you can dive for Scallops, Fish, Ski, Scuba Dive, Sail or just relax on a boat and enjoy the scenery.
