The holiday home Eifel-Atrium offers 150m² with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery as a combined dining, living and kitchen area as well as two galleries with further living areas. The open design creates a lot of light and a spacious living feeling. The room height creates a special feeling of transparency and openness. The space This holiday home, newly built in 2018, is located in the middle of the Southern Eifel Nature Park, in a very quiet location surrounded by meadows and forests. The holiday home Eifel-Atrium Oberes Enztal offers 150m² with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery as a combined dining, living and kitchen area as well as two galleries with further living areas. The optimal occupancy is 14 people, but there are additional beds and sofa beds available for a larger group of guests. The bedroom on the ground floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm). There are 2 floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, with direct exit to the terrace. On the 1st floor, one bedroom is equipped with a classic bunk bed (2x 90x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). Here, too, a floor-to-ceiling window provides plenty of light. The second bedroom on the 1st floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm). The third bedroom is equipped with a stacking bed. The stacking bed can be used as a normal single bed or as two single beds (2x 80x200cm). On the middle gallery there is also a sofa bed (110x200cm). In the attic there is a large bedroom with two double beds (140x200cm each) and a catamaran bunk bed (140x200cm below, 90x200cm above). Additionally, there is a sofa bed (120x190cm). On the upper gallery there is a nice reading sofa with sleeping function (70x190cm). There is a bathroom with shower on each floor. The special feature of this new holiday home is the open living area as a gallery with visible roof truss. The gallery breaks through several floors of the house and thus provides light and openness throughout the building. In the entrance area and on the side are large windows as well as the cosy living area with a sofa with sleeping function (70x200cm). On the right is the dining area with a large table for all guests. In the rear area is the large kitchen with an American refrigerator. In addition to central heating, there is also an automatically filled pellet stove in the holiday home. In front of the house you will find a 30m² terrace - of course with a charcoal grill. Our large family and group holiday home offers you first-class group comfort. The house is spacious and furnished and has several rooms. The bathrooms are modern, the living areas are cosily furnished and the kitchen offers all the facilities to cook to your heart's content. Other things to note Please note that the holiday home is located near three other holiday homes. We therefore ask you to adjust the volume to the time of day and to ensure a good night's sleep outside from 11 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). We ask for your understanding.
