The space **IMPORTANT** The house is part of a multi unit 1.3 acre property. There is the main house as well as two free standing cottages. Cottage #1 is a 1BR/1BA and Cottage #2 is a 2BR/1BA. Featuring vintage, mid century modern design with a Bohemian flair, this is the perfect home base to explore the beautiful Catskill Mountains. You enter the house into a spacious mud room with ample storage for coats and shoes. The dining room has an 8.5 foot table with seating for 8, perfect for dinner parties or a game night. A bar cabinet has glassware and all of the tools you need to craft the perfect cocktail. The kitchen features a large 6 burner gas range with pot filler and electric oven. Open shelving makes finding items a breeze. Fully stocked with pots/pans, bakeware, KitchenAid Mixer, waffle iron, crockpot, toaster, immersion blender, food processor, coffee grinder, mandoline, ice cream maker, tea kettle, regular drip coffee maker, French press and espresso percolator, the only thing you need to bring is the groceries. A large island houses a collection of cook books, provides an abundance of counter space and has seating for three. The main floor features 3 bedrooms and one bathroom (one Queen, two Fulls). There is one bathroom with a large walk in shower on the first floor. The main floor has a large, cozy living room with smart television and record player. The upstairs features a large bedroom with Queen size bed with two reading nooks, a spacious spa like bathroom complete with soaking tub and walk in shower and a second living room with smart television. A beautiful cedar porch overlooking the creek and mountains has rocking chairs and a small bistro set. The backyard has a stone fire patio. 8 guest maximum.
