The space Gather together in front of the large flatscreen TV to stream your favorite shows (personal account required) through the free wi-fi or pop a movie into the DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite private bath, as well as a TV for personal entertainment and direct access to the ocean-facing covered porch. The bunk room is furnished with both a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. You'll find ceiling fans and high-end oak laminate flooring with area rugs throughout the property. When you're ready to hit the beach, a dedicated access path is just steps away. When you tire of the waves and sand, you can cool off in the oceanfront community seasonal pool or lounge on the sundeck instead. There's even a covered picnic area if you choose to grill out! Oak Island is known for its calm surf, beautiful sunsets, and family-friendly beach. The Island Golf Course and restaurant are located across the street from this complex, and it is within walking distance to a fishing pier, ice cream, oceanfront restaurants and nightlife. The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation. For those with allergies, please note that although no pets are allowed during guest stays, both dogs and cats may occasionally be present during owner reservations. Other things to note To confirm your booking with Oak Island Accommodations (OIA), you’ll need to review and sign OIA’s vacation rental agreement (you can find the full details of the agreement by exploring the full house rules for this rental before booking) within 48 hours of making your reservation. Please note that the reservation holder signing the agreement must be at least 25 years of age and present at the booked property during the dates of stay.
