The space Living room: This large room of 60m² together a lounge area (two sofa, LCD TV, TNT, DVD player, fireplace ...), a dining-room area, and kitchen area (large fridge-freezer , dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso, ...). Antique furniture. The utility room hosts washing machine, electric dryer with condensation and maintenance equipment. Two windows offer direct access to the park in the south side terrace. On either side of the living room has 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double beds (200x140cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (200x90cm). For the little ones, 3 baby beds will be available. Returning from the beach, 2 bathrooms including a large Italian style you wait. 2 toilets are also available. The price is 60 € per room, for 1 or 2 weeks, unless changed on request. The provision of linen for babies (sheets and towels) is provided. Beds will be made by us.
