The space Artlegarth Country Lodges lies at the foot of the Howgill and Wild Boar fells, providing the perfect base for exploring, outdoor pursuits or simply just enjoying the far reaching views from your cabin’s porch or hot tub. Each solid wood cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday home from home. From the comfort of your Lodge there is an abundance of wildlife for you to admire including our native red squirrels, rabbits and occasionally deer along with a vast array of visiting birds for you to enjoy all year round. You might choose to spend all your time relaxing, enjoying the peace and tranquility of the natural surroundings or taking a short stroll to the local pubs to enjoy a delicious meal and sample the local beers and wines.
