This accommodation is perfect for couples, single adventurers, business travelers and families The space Modern one bedroom apartment of about 45 square meters is located on the third floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of: - LIVING AREA with a queen sofa bed and TV; - KITCHENETTE with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with a queen bed and a wardrobe: - BATHROOMequipped with walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: free unlimited WiFi, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating, baby cot and high chair for small children. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hall with a closet is shared with the apartment next door. N.B.: In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
