Unit 3 is a recently renovated, newly furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath, single-level apartment sleeping up to 6 people in 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa. This unit is one of two units in the side-by-side middle dwelling. The kitchen is fully equipped. Clean linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided for all guests. PLEASE NOTE: ✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. ✫ There is no laundry facility on-site. However, we ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with all the necessary amenities. Please note that all outdoor furniture is stored from November 1st - mid-May. *Please message us if you're looking to book multiple units to host a larger group.* Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected.
