The space The Putaki Bay Villas are 2 designer houses built with relaxed family holidays (or a group of friends) in mind. With stunning views over fields and a vineyard, and access to the private Putaki Bay beach, this is the perfect spot to rest & relax after a busy day exploring the island! The villas are architect-designed with top-end fixtures & fittings. Relaxed but stylish living is the plan! Entry is into a large open plan kitchen, dining & living room. Separated from this is a second living/media room, with a sofa bed & a TV with Netflix, so there is room for different groups to enjoy their own space. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances including a Nespresso machine, and has a walk in pantry. Both living areas, as well as the front 2 bedrooms, open onto a spacious deck, with a large outdoor dining table, as well as lovely, comfy outdoor chairs, perfect for relaxing with a glass of superb Waiheke Island wine! The house faces north-east so gets great sun all day long, but there is a heatpump/air con in the living room, ensuring it is warm in winter & cool in summer!. To one side of the living room is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe, a TV & ensuite. Off the second living area are the 2 further bedrooms, the family bathroom & laundry area. Ideally located, Putaki Bay Villas are on a beautiful estate, close to the Kennedy Point vehicle ferry, and a 5 minute drive from Oneroa Village, with its restaurants, cafes & shops. It is also very close to both the Kennedy Point & Goldie wineries, and a 10 minute walk from a fabulous cafe, Found. You can wander down through the property to Putaki Bay beach, which is tidal but a great swimming spot for 2 hours each side of high tide, and a great fishing and boat launching spot. A 5 minute drive away are the other famous Waiheke beaches, as well as a golf course, wineries & cafes. The estate comprises 11 acres so there is plenty of room for beach cricket, croquet or boules. A fishing kayak with life jacket is available for guests…bring home that snapper for dinner! A divine holiday awaits! All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $180 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Minimum stay 2 nights except: • 7 nights from mid December to mid January • 4 nights rest of January and over Easter • 4 nights for bookings more than 6 months out • 3 nights all holiday weekends Other things to note There is another villa beside this one; you will have privacy but there may be some noise Strictly no parties or gatherings.
