The entire apartment has been completely renovated throughout and beautifully styled to offer a luxurious, blissful getaway. Beach Pines 5 is a very spacious two storey apartment with living and entertaining on the lower level and 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The unit is situated on the second and third floors of the building (walk up). Upon arrival you are welcomed into a bright and airy loungeroom featuring light timber flooring, ceiling fan, comfortable furnishings and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. Step out onto your own private beachfront balcony and enjoy the stunning panoramic views stretching from Surfers Paradise in the North to Point Danger in the South. This is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks with friends or a coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. The fully renovated kitchen offers high quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee pod machine and has been designed to enjoy ocean views while cooking and entertaining. On the upper level, the master bedroom features queen bed, wall mounted smart TV and renovated ensuite with walk in shower toilet. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds plus a trundle and the third offers one single bed. All bedrooms share a side balcony capturing ocean breezes, plus ceiling fans for year round comfort. There is also a full laundry with a front-loading washing machine and dryer and a family bathroom with double size shower. The secure basement carpark allows for a double side by side car space. There is also a swimming pool in the complex for your enjoyment. * * Please note from May 2025 - early 2026, there will be road and path upgrades taking place on Pacific Parade, which may restrict parking and driveway access. Please contact us to discuss further * * * Electric bikes and scooters are not permitted at this property, including outside and all common areas. Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property, including in the basement garage. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
