The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, smart oven with air-fry setting, microwave, and fridge. You’ll love cooking and sharing meals in this charming and well-equipped space. Enjoy family-style dinners or game nights around the large dining table. Relax by the flagstone wood-burning fireplace or kick back for movie night with the large smart TV in the cozy living area. There’s a full laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use. The home includes three cozy bedrooms with quality mattresses and sleeping space for 1–6 guests. Located in downtown New Castle, our home is walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and the river. Enjoy local favorites like Down Valley Brewing, Drifters Coffee and Hogback Pizza just minutes away. Thank you for understanding! Restricted Areas: The basement and attic house utilities and are not intended for guest use. The basement is accessible only through the laundry room and does not have outdoor access. The attic is only accessible via the garage, which is locked from both outside and inside the home. The attic deck is unsafe and off-limits; it is secured with a deadbolt for safety. Guest access 🚪 Guest Access: Guests have full access to the main home, including: - All three bedrooms - The main bathroom with shower/tub combo - A second bathroom with shower - Laundry room with washer and dryer - Fully equipped kitchen - Dining area and cozy living room You’ll also enjoy the backyard, featuring: - Outdoor dining table with seating for six - Seasonal hammock chairs and cornhole - A grill for guest use 🔒 Restricted Areas For safety and maintenance reasons, guests do not have access to: - The garage - The attic/bonus room and upper deck - Storage sheds - The basement, which is a utility area only and accessible only from the laundry room (no exterior entry) Other things to note 📝 Things to Note: - This cozy home was originally a log cabin and has been thoughtfully renovated and expanded over time. - The second bathroom is small and includes a custom-sized shower—great for early risers or quick use. - The house is located at the end of a quiet street, but you may occasionally hear the train passing along Main Street. - The home features central heating and central A/C for year-round comfort, plus a wood-burning fireplace for added charm. - Firewood is not provided but is available at City Market nearby. - Please read the fireplace instructions before use and ensure the damper is open. Improper use may result in smoke damage or safety issues. - The home has older plumbing—please flush toilet paper only. No wipes (even if labeled “flushable”), hygiene products, or paper towels. - A $100 pet fee applies per visit for dogs (max 2). Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
