Villa Manolis is a hospitable 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, which is located in the charming, peaceful village of Asteri, 14 km east of the picturesque town of Rethymno. Situated 3 km from the sandy beach and only 50 meters from the delightful tavern Poliou House, guests can enjoy both relaxation and local culinary delights with ease. The space The traditional Villa Manolis offers a spacious open-plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table on the pool floor. A stone built arch connects the dining area with the separate living room area and creates an authentic atmosphere. Two sofas, a satellite TV and a fireplace are provided in the living room. A big refrigerator, a big electric kitchen, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided in the fully-equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a shower as well as a washing machine are also available on the pool floor. One spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin bedrooms are provided on the upper floor of the villa. A common bathroom with a corner bathtub with hydromassage can be also found upstairs. All the bedrooms and the living room area are equipped with air-condition. Guests can enjoy a lovely private pool of about 27 sqm, complete with comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas for relaxation under the Mediterranean sun. A shaded outdoor dining table and a barbecue corner are also offered in the courtyard. Free wireless internet access is provided everywhere.
