Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice. *There is no pool and hot tub access during the winter 2020/21 season due to construction. Please note that the condo you are renting does not have air conditioning. There are fans available for your use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
