By night, fire up the BBQ in the covered entertaining area and unwind with a glass of wine. The detached games room offers hours of fun with a billiard table. With two gas fireplaces and full air-conditioning, Sundara provides perfect year-round comfort. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the main lounge room, balcony, and the third-floor sunroom. From here, you can watch local surfers ride the waves, spot playful dolphins, and even witness humpback whales during their migration season. In the cooler months, cozy up by one of the two fireplaces. The property features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements as follows: • Bedroom 1 (Master): Located on the second story, this room has a King bed, stunning beach views, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite where you can watch TV while soaking in the bath. • Bedroom 2: Adjacent to the master, this room offers a Queen bed and beautiful views over Werri Beach. • Bedroom 3 & 4: Both rooms feature King beds (can be split into singles on request), built-in wardrobes, and views of the green rolling hills and local farmland. • Bedroom 5: Located on the first level with a Queen bed and a built-in wardrobe. • Bedroom 6 (Games Room): This detached room has a King bed, an adjacent shower/toilet, and sliding doors that open to the garden and pool. • Bedroom 7: A cozy downstairs room opposite the kitchen with a King Single bunk bed. We can also accommodate an additional two children on foldaway beds for an extra cost. The Neighborhood Situated directly opposite Werri Beach, you are just steps away from surfing, swimming, and scenic beach walks. The home also serves as a fantastic base for golfers of all skill levels, with local courses nearby.
