The space My accommodation is south-facing, in a small recent condominium, meeting the standards of people with reduced mobility and disabilities, located at the foot of the shops of the village of Saint Herblain. It is also located just a 15-minute drive from the center of Nantes, 5 minutes from the Zenith and the large Atlantis shopping area. It is composed of: * kitchen, living room, overlooking terrace with table and 4 garden chairs * 1st bedroom delimited by glass walls and glass door * 2nd bedroom with dressing room * Large bathroom with bathtub * in the living room or bedroom 1 when there is a reservation for 5 people, we install the removable single folding bed with an additional memory foam mattress topper (see photo) PARKING It has a private parking space in the basement of the building (access by badge). On the 3rd and top floor (with elevator), it can accommodate 5 people (children under 2 are welcome and are not counted). (see description below). However, smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden; -> you can use the terrace to do this if necessary.
