Located in the heart of Canmore in Rundle Cliffs Lodge, our roomy 1100 sq. foot 2BR/2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 4 people and is a 5 - 10 minute stroll to downtown - groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek. One well behaved, trained dog (not a puppy) up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite and is subject to a $100 pet fee for the duration of your stay. The space The condo has luxurious finishing throughout: hardwood floors, granite countertops, and travertine & marble tiling. The spacious first floor condo is east facing, which supplies excellent views and sunshine. The unit backs onto a pathway that leads to a mountain creek, a small park and a pathway to downtown. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! This setting provides a very private, serene, yet convenient haven — the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure! The hot tub, gym and billiards room are common to the building. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Hotel quality linens and duvets are provided. The spa inspired ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom has heated floors, dual sinks, a decadent soaker tub and a travertine/glass shower, while the main bathroom has heated floors, a sink and a larger travertine/glass shower. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner and soap are provided. When you're ready to relax after a day of adventure, our comfortable condo comes equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a large screen TV in the living room. High speed Wifi, cable TV, Netflix access (you must have your own Netflix account) and telephone for local calls are provided free of charge. You can also relax over a meal around our dining room table that seats 4 or gather around the kitchen island. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. An in-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer makes doing laundry easy and convenient (with laundry soap provided). Consume the incredible view from the patio, complete with BBQ and Adirondack chairs to enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The east-facing patio and windows overlook the sun-filled vistas of the towering Rundle Range. Come stay with us, and enjoy a fun yet restful holiday! For your convenience, there is one secure underground parking spot with a locked storage cage for all your essential toys (golf clubs, skis, boards, bikes, etc). Entry into the building is your private access code so flexible check in can be accommodated. We pride ourselves on fully stocking our suites with all amenities our guests require for a great stay: hotel linens (sheets) and towels; all bathroom necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, make up wipes); fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dinnerware, glass ware, baggies, alcan, saran wrap, salt, pepper, spice rack, sugar, coffee filters and more! You just need to bring food and beverages, and enjoy your holiday! Ask if there's something specific you need and we'll try to provide it! Baby accessories available upon request. PROPERTY PET RULES: By proceeding to book this property, you agree to all the pet policies listed below if you are bringing a "well behaved" dog: 1) One well behaved, trained dog up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. NO dog under 1 year old is permitted. 2) The pet fee is $100 plus taxes and does NOT cover additional damage that the dog causes in the suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. 3) Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone. 4) The dog must not leave excessive hair on the furniture, and you should bring dog blankets should the dog want to sleep on the bed or go on the sofa. Any damage to the white linens in the suite from the dog will be charged back to you (muddy feet, torn linens, unremovable stains, etc). We leave beige dog towels that you must use to clean the dog prior to entering the suite. 5) The dog CANNOT be left alone in the suite unless it is crated and it CANNOT bark or howl disturbing other guests. A security company may be called should your dog be making excessive noise and the callout fee of $200/callout will be charged back to you. 6) Dogs are absolutely not allowed to use the balcony or patio as a bathroom. Additional charges will be applied and you will be unable to stay with us in the future. 7) We’re sorry but NO cats are allowed in our suites due to allergies. 8) Any exceptions to the above mentioned pet policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance of your stay. Guest access Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. One parking stall is included in the underground heated parkade. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available. Other things to note Business License: RES-09754
