Ground Floor: spacious living room with TV, kitchen, bathroom with a small bathtub, and one double bedroom. First Floor: one double bedroom with a sea view, one sea-view bedroom with two single beds, one double bedroom facing the garden and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outdoor amenities: hot water shower and barbecue. By foot or bicycle (3 are available for guests), you can reach charming hidden spots. Within a few minutes by car, you can explore the Nora Bay or the gorgeous Chia beaches. The beach in front of the villa features shallow waters, and limited access, mostly reserved for residents, making it feel almost private. Guest access Amenities: TV, washing machine, external shower, mosquito nest and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Other things to note Bed and bath linen included (hygienic safety of linen guarantee). They can not be washed. If you need to change linen the price is 15 per person.
